The Guest Service desk is located in the southwest corner of Center Court. Contact the Guest Service department by calling (816) 279-5667.

Guest Services is available for gift card sales, free scooter, wheelchair and stroller rentals, and general guest assistance.

Catch a ride on the Carousel at East Hills! The Carousel operates on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 12P-4:30P, running every 30 minutes on the half-hour. Purchase your Carousel tokens for $2 each, one token per ride, cash only. Carousel punch cards are also available for purchase at the Guest Service desk.
